Third-country transfer: Processing is performed by the controller based in Kosovo (third country without adequacy decision). Hosting at Hetzner Germany. Transfer to the controller based on appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses in preparation with legal counsel Dr. Späth, specialist lawyer for banking and capital-markets law).

Retention period: Application data 30 days on rejection, on contract conclusion until contract end plus 10 years (statutory tax retention obligation). Tracking cookies 90 days.

Recipients: Google Workspace (SMTP sending), Hetzner DE (hosting), OFAC SDN list (US Treasury, free sanctions check for crypto wallets), future NOWPayments / Stripe Connect (payouts).
