Temto.ai is operated by Dex Networking LLC, a company registered in Kosovo. Although Dex Networking LLC is registered outside the European Economic Area, our primary hosting and data processing infrastructure is located in Helsinki, Finland (European Union).
Dex Networking LLC acts as the Data Controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable international data protection laws. If required under GDPR Article 27, we may appoint an EU representative.

Temto.ai does not act as a financial advisor, portfolio manager, broker, or custodian of assets. No fiduciary, trust, or guardianship relationship is created.
If automated execution features are enabled, trades may be executed without further human intervention. Users must monitor open positions, margin exposure, withdrawal permissions, and algorithmic activity. Temto.ai is not responsible for losses caused by autonomous system execution.
Temto.ai does not hold user funds, control private keys, or process blockchain transfers directly. Users maintain custody of their digital assets through third-party exchanges.
Users acknowledge risks related to smart contract vulnerabilities, oracle manipulation, network failures, and protocol attacks.
Platform uptime is not guaranteed. Temto.ai may suspend or modify services due to maintenance, security concerns, regulatory requirements, force majeure events, or technical upgrades.
Users may encounter retargeting technologies, pixel tracking, and conversion analytics. Users may opt out of personalized advertising through platform or browser settings.
Services are intended only for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures including SSL encryption, EU-based hosting infrastructure, access control mechanisms, and two-factor authentication where available. No digital system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Temto.ai and Dex Networking LLC shall not be liable for trading or investment losses, indirect or consequential damages, market volatility losses, automation execution errors, or third-party platform failures.
Maximum aggregate liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the 30 days preceding a claim.
Legal claims must be filed within 12 months from the event giving rise to the claim. Class action participation is prohibited where legally permissible. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Kosovo unless mandatory international consumer protection law applies.
Temto.ai reserves the right to update algorithms, modify platform functionality, restrict access in certain jurisdictions, and adjust automation features without prior notice.
If new financial or AI regulations restrict service operation, the platform may modify or terminate features without liability.
