1. Nature of the Service

Temto is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. No physical goods are shipped. You receive access to our online AI analytics, signals, and dashboard only. This policy describes how and when that digital access is delivered.

2. Activation After Payment

Your subscription is activated immediately after we confirm successful payment. Once payment is confirmed (via our payment processor, including Paysera), your account is upgraded and you gain instant access to the subscribed tier—no waiting period or physical delivery.

3. 24/7 Online Access

Subject to planned maintenance and our Privacy & Service terms, the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can log in from any supported device with an internet connection and use the service according to your plan. We do not guarantee 100% uptime but aim for high availability.

4. How You Access the Service

  • Log in at www.temto.ai (or the official URL we provide) with your account credentials.
  • Use the AI Dashboard, signals, and other features included in your subscription.
  • No software installation is required for web access; a modern browser is sufficient.

5. No Physical Delivery

There is no shipping of physical products. All deliverables are digital—access to the online platform and its features. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you understand the service is delivered entirely online.
