You may cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal for a full refund. To request a refund, contact us at info@temto.ai with your account email and the transaction reference. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider (including Paysera).
After 14 days from the date of payment, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may still cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges; you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at info@temto.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no further charges will be made.
We may refuse or limit refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service. Refund eligibility is at the sole discretion of Dex Networking LLC where the 14-day window has passed or where exceptional circumstances apply.
